Christmas Delivery Guide
theshop.co.uk wants to ensure that Christmas is all wrapped up for you and that your parcel arrives well in time for the big day. With that in mind, please pay careful attention to our Christmas shipping guide and select the delivery option that fits in with your plans.
LAST GUARANTEED DELIVERY DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS
To ensure that your parcel reaches you before Christmas day, you need to place your order by 12pm on the 21st of December. Please note that this applies to UK addresses only.
For European, USA and Rest of World deliveries, we advise that you place your order before 12pm on Friday the 11th of December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Please contact us to ensure guaranteed delivery.
New Year
The first available delivery date of 2010 will be Thursday the 7th of January. To receive your parcel on this date you must place your order by 12pm on the 4th of January.

Shipping & Returns
We want you to receive your new jewellery as soon as possible, so theshop.co.uk aims to deliver all items in the UK within 3 working days and all overseas items within 1 week (subject to availability of the jewellery). We will only despatch items after payment has been approved. Our website prices include VAT (15%) but not delivery charges.
UK Delivery. Delivery within the UK costs £5 per order. This is up to and including a weight of 500 gms and we use a signed for service. Delivery is normally within 1-3 working days and parcels will need to be signed for on delivery. Please ensure that you state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery and provide a signature.
EU Delivery. Delivery within the EU costs £10. Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days and parcels need to be signed for on delivery. Please ensure that you state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery and provide a signature.
Non-EU Delivery. Delivery outside the EU costs £15. Delivery is normally within 3-7 working days and parcels need to be signed for. Please ensure that you state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery and provide a signature. All non EU orders are exclusive of VAT, which is automatically deducted at checkout. Please note, any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately we are unable to make deliveries on a Bank Holiday.
Please note that if you are a first time customer with a different delivery address to the card billing address, we may contact you to confirm your details. We would never ask for you to disclose any account or credit card details via email but we may ask you to verify your card payment and order via telephone.
Unfortunately we are unable to delivery to a BFPO, P.O. Box or freight forwarding address.
Tracking
If you would like to track your order, please contact us. We can give you an individual tracking number so you can keep up to date with your orders travels.
Urgent delivery
If your order is urgent and you desperately need that finishing touch to complete a fabulous outfit or that special gift needs to get there on time then please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Returns – Exchanges and Refunds
At the shop.co.uk we want you to love your new purchase. If however, you are not completely happy with your item please return it within 14 days of receipt along with all original tags and/or security stickers intact for an exchange or refund. Providing the items are un-damaged and re-saleable, all you pay is the return postage.

The cost of returning your item is your responsibility. For your own peace of mind we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the full value of the goods and you obtain proof of posting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
Returned items must be in a new and un-damaged condition. The swing ticket and/or security sticker must still be attached to the returned goods and the items must be unused and in their original packaging. If the swing ticket or security sticker is removed, customers may only return the item if it is found to be faulty. All returns are checked before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a re-saleable condition.
We regret that we will be unable to refund postage unless the original item sent was faulty or incorrect. In the unlikely event this happens we will reimburse you the cost of return postage and if you want an exchange, we will waive the secondary postage charge of the correct item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure your alternative choice is in stock. You can then return your unwanted item in the usual way, stating on the back of the form that the item is for an exchange.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Secondary postage charges will apply.

We hope that our product images and descriptions are as informative as possible and leave little to the imagination! If however, you do have any further questions or queries, please contact us before you make your purchase and we will do our upmost to satisfy your curiosity.
Refunds
We are happy to refund unwanted items returned back to us within 14 days of receipt providing the item is un-damaged. All swing tickets/security stickers must be attached and intact and the item must be sent back with the original packaging.
After we have inspected the returned item, the cost of the item will be refunded to the original credit or debit card. Unfortunately, we can not refund the cost of the postage. However, if the reason for the return is an error on our part, will we also refund the cost of the return postage.
A refund should be credited back to your card within 7 days of us receiving the item, but please allow up to 30 days.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible or within 14 days of receipt. Please complete the returns form on the reverse of the invoice with details of the fault. Return this form, stating if you want an exchange or refund, along with the returned goods to the returns address below.
We regret that we are unable to give a refund if the goods are returned to us outside of the 14 day period or if the goods are not in a saleable condition (damaged or without tags or original boxes and packaging). We reserve the right to refuse a refund in this case.
Earrings
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, earrings can not be refunded, unless they have remained un-worn with security stickers attached or are faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected when goods are faulty or damaged.
